Having a hectic day at work? For all nine-to-fivers and part time workers out there, here is a simple meditation that can reduce stress. Don’t worry; your colleagues won’t laugh at you, because this exercise doesn’t require space or any special equipment. It can be easily done from your office chair in less than 10 minutes.
Bonus Exercise: To avoid stress at first place, by getting all done on time, try this exercise. It is really good for your brain power. Pretty simple also. However, you might want to do this one in the morning hours, before work.
Take your left hand and put it on you right ear, take your right hand and put it on your left ear. Set your feet in parallel position to your body. Breathe in and do a squat. On the way up, breathe out. Do this for 2-3 minutes. Make sure you are breathing. Have a lovely break from work.
